A complete micro spray system is generally composed of water source, head system, pipe network, nozzle, etc.
1. Water source: Well springs, lakes, reservoirs, rivers and urban water supply systems can be used as water sources for micro jet system. In the whole growing season, the water source shall be guaranteed by reliable water supply. Meanwhile, the water quality of water source shall meet the requirements of irrigation water quality standards.
3. Pipe network: its function is to transport and distribute pressure water to the planting area requiring irrigation. It is composed of pipes with different diameters, including main pipe, branch pipe and capillary pipe. The pipes at all levels are connected into a complete pipe network system through various corresponding pipe fittings, valves and other equipment. The pipe network of modern irrigation system mostly adopts plastic pipes with convenient construction, good hydraulic performance and no corrosion, such as PVC pipe, PE pipe, etc. Meanwhile, necessary safety devices shall be installed in the pipe network as required, such as inlet and exhaust valves, pressure limiting valves, drain valves, etc.
3. The branch pipe and main pipe shall be reasonably selected according to the nozzle flow and the number of nozzles in each row, so as to avoid the poor irrigation effect of the system caused by unreasonable pipe selection.
一个完整的微喷系统一般由水源、首部系统、管网、喷头等组成。
1.水源:井泉、湖泊、水库,河流及城市供水系统均可作为微喷系统水源。在整个生长季节,水源应有可靠的供水保证。同时,水源水质应满足灌溉水质标准的要求。
2.首部:其作用是从水源取水,并对水进行加压、水质处理、肥料注入和系统控制。一般包括动力设备、水泵、过滤器(网式过滤器或离心网式过滤器)、施肥器、泄压阀、逆止阀、水表、压力表,以及控制设备,如自动灌溉控制器、衡压变频控制装置等。首部设备的多少,可视系统类型、水源条件及用户要求增减设备。
3.管网:其作用是将压力水输送并分配到所需灌溉的种植区域。由不同管径的管道组成,分干管、支管、毛管等,通过各种相应的管件、阀门等设备将各级管道连接成完整的管网系统。现代灌溉系统的管网多采用施工方便、水力学性能良好且不会锈蚀的塑料管道,如PVC管、PE管等。同时,应根据需要在管网中安装必要的安全装置,如进排气阀、限压阀、泄水阀等。
4.喷头:喷头用于将水分散成水滴,如同降雨一般比较均匀地喷洒在种植区域。在大棚中多采用倒挂微喷系统,一般由微喷直通、微喷毛管、防滴器、微喷头、重锤组成;大田、果园一般采用地插微喷系统,一般由微喷直通、微喷毛管、山行架、微喷头、插杆组成。
注意事项:
1、滴灌,喷灌灌水器大都为迷宫式的细小流道,才能达到节水的效果,因此,灌溉首部必须安装过滤器(常用网式过滤器,离心过滤器,叠片过滤器,砂石过滤器),如果水质较差,沙石含量多应先沉淀再经过滤器过滤;
2、要定期清理过滤器,以保证过滤器及微喷系统的正常运行
3、要根据喷头流量、每行喷头个数合理选择支管、主管道,从而避免管道选择不合理而导致系统灌溉效果不好。
