施肥罐+施肥阀组合式施肥方式与大型铁质施肥罐施肥原理相同，常用的塑料施肥罐主要有13L、25L及50L三种。

Fertilization tank + fertilization valve assembly works in the same way as large iron fertilization tanks. Common plastic fertilization tanks include 13L, 25L and 50L.

该装置操作简便、施肥均匀，也可使肥料直接作用于作物根部，提高肥效，减少浪费，省时、省力、定量。即可集中施肥，也可分散施肥。本施肥装置常用于微喷、滴灌等工程中。

注意事项：使用时应缓慢开启施肥阀两侧的调节阀。每次施完肥后应将两个调节阀关闭，并将罐体冲洗干净，不得将肥料留在罐内，以免造成损失。在施肥装置后应加装一级网式过滤设备，以免将不完全溶解的肥料带入系统中，造成灌溉设备的堵塞。

This device can be used simply and can realize even fertilization. It can apply fertilizer directly to the root of crops to improve the fertilization efficiency, reduce waste, save time and labor and realize quantified fertilization. It can be used for both centralized fertilization and scattered fertilization. This fertilizer apparatus is usually used for micro sprinkling and drip irrigation.

Precautions: The regulating valve on both sides of the fertilization valve shall be slowly turned on when using the device. After each time of fertilization, two regulating valves shall be turned off, the tank body shall be cleaned up with clean water. No fertilizer shall be remained in the tank, in case of damage. Level-I net-type filter equipment shall be added behind the fertilizer apparatus, in case of blocking of the irrigation device caused by entry of fertilizer not dissolved completely into the system.

施肥罐也称压差式施肥罐，是由两根细管分别与施肥罐的进、出口连接，然后再与主管道相连接，在主管道上两条细管接点之间设置一个截止阀以产生一个较小的压力差（1-2米水压），使一部分水流流入施肥罐，进水管直达罐底，水溶解罐中肥料后，肥料溶液由出水口进入主管道，将肥料带到作物根区。

Fertilization tank is also called pressure difference fertilization tank. Two thin pipes connect respectively with the inlet and outlet of the fertilization tank, and then connect with the trunk pipe. One stop valve is installed between the trunk pipe and two thin pipes to generate a small pressure difference (1-2m water pressure), so that one part of water flows into the fertilization tank. The water inlet pipe directly accesses the tank bottom. After water dissolves fertilizer in the tank, the fertilizer solution flows into the trunk pipe via the water outlet and reach the root of crops via the fertilizer hose.

注意事项：施肥罐在使用时，应注意连接口，连接顺序为长进短出。使用时应采用液体、速溶易溶化肥，或提前将固体化肥溶解使用。固体化肥在投入量不应过多，避免溶解不均匀。施肥结束后，必须继续用清水灌溉一段时间，对管道、施肥罐及过滤器进行冲洗，避免腐蚀及产生杂质沉积结垢。

Precautions: When using the fertilization tank, please note that the long connector connects the inlet, and the short one connects the outlet. The device is applicable to liquid, instantly or easily soluble fertilizer or fertilizer dissolved in advance. Not too much solid fertilizer shall be put into the device, in case of uneven dissolution. After fertilization, irrigation shall be continuously conducted with clean water for a while to flush the pipe, fertilization tank and filter, in case of corrosion and impurity scale.
