砂石过滤器又称石英砂过滤器，砂滤器，它是通过均质等粒径石英砂形成砂床作为过滤载体进行立体深层过滤的过滤器，常用于一级过滤。其主要是采用砂石作为滤料过滤。

Sand filter, which also is called quartz sand filter, is made of homogeneous equal-diameter quartz sand. It is used as a filter carrier for stereoscopic and deep filtering. This is first-class filtering. This filter mainly adopts sand as the filter material.

砂石过滤器滤罐采用金属材质制作，焊接牢固，承压能力最高可达1.0MPa。通过喷涂防锈漆料，外形美观，且防锈防腐能力提高，大大延长了其使用寿命。法兰式或卡扣式连接，安装使用方便，特别适用于处理有机物含量超过10mg/L的河水、水库水、渠道水、湖水，或市政循环水等含有大量悬浮污物的管道水或地沟水。通常作为初级过滤器使用，使用时与其它过滤器（如网式过滤器、叠片式过滤器）搭配使用，效果更佳。

The tank of the sand filter is made of metal which is welded firmly and can stand 1.0MPa pressure at most. By applying the anti-rust coating, it has good appearance, its anti-rust and anti-corrosion capacities are improved, so its service life is significantly prolonged. With flange or snap-joint connection, it can be installed and used conveniently. It is especially suitable for treating river water, reservoir water, channel water and lake water with the content of organic matters above 10mg/L, or municipal cyclical water and other pipe water or ditch water containing a large number of suspended pollutants. It is usually used as a primary filter. Better effects can be achieved when it is used together with other filters (e.g. screen filter, disc filter).
